What is happening? Why is my point of purchase changing?

As part of bringing the BTX and ADI organizations together, BTX will move all business operations to ADI on October 27, 2025. Starting that date, all purchases, support, and product inventory will be handled through ADI.

When will I no longer be able to make purchases on the BTX website?

The last day to place orders at BTX is October 23, 2025

NON-ADI CUSTOMERS

I don’t shop at ADI today. Is there an action I need to take?

No, not yet! We are currently creating a pre-approved account for you to access, which will be emailed in the next 1-2 weeks.

Should I sign up with ADI through their standard process?

No, a pre-approved account will be created on your behalf. Creating a net-new account will not transfer over your BTX information.

CURRENT ADI CUSTOMERS

I have an ADI account, but I don't have a website login. What do I do?

Easy! Create your web login on ADIGlobalDistribution.us HERE.

How do I know if my account is set up properly?

Log in to your ADI account to confirm account details are correct and your account is active. We encourage you to begin purchasing from ADI as soon as possible.

How do I find my local ADI store?

Your ADI store information is listed in your account dashboard on the ADI website (adiglobaldistribution.us). You can also use the store locator, which can be found HERE.
